24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness for our staff and other clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.

This policy allows us to effectively manage our schedules and prevent appointment slots from going unused. We appreciate your cooperation in providing adequate notice, as it helps us serve all our clients efficiently.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible via 0434 225 009 or powerhouse.pilates.sydney@gmail.com. While we cannot waive the fees for late cancellations, we'll be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment at a more convenient time.
