Group Equipment Classes – by appointment only
We do not recommend starting with group equipment classes unless you have done Classical Pilates before. You can usually join a group class after one or two private sessions.
Equipment classes use Pilates equipment manufactured by the same workshop that made Joseph Pilates™ original equipment – Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels as well as lesser known equipment such as the Foot Corrector, Toe Corrector and Pedi-Pole.
Bookings are essential for all equipment classes. They run between 7.30am and 3.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Equipment classes are available for beginners on Saturdays between 10.30am and 12.30pm. Classes are one hour long.
Group Equipment class prices:
Duet (two people) $60

The Beginners’ mat class is the ideal place to start learning Classical Pilates. This class introduces the basic movement patterns and strengthening exercises needed to take the method to the next level. It also covers a comprehensive range of basic injury rehab exercises so is ideal for those wanting to build basic strength to overcome pain and injury. Mat classes consist of stretches and exercises performed on the floor.
These classes run on a 10 week term which approximately follows school terms.
